Framed By Your Belief System
I once heard a wise man say that we are the sum total of everything we have ever thought or spoken. What this basically means is, whatever you believe in your heart to be true becomes your reality. Proverbs 23:7 sums it up, and I paraphrase, “For as a man think in his heart so is he.”
If this is true, and I know it is, it seems to me that you and I should pay close attention to what we think and say. It’s imperative we take careful inventory of our belief system, because our belief system shapes our future, and determines the course of our life.
I want to encourage you to take time to examine your life and evaluate it. Are you experiencing the life you want, and what God has pre-destined for you? If not, could it be the result of a negative belief system? Has what you thought or spoken over your life hindered you from walking in divine prosperity?
One of the first things you need to believe is it’s God’s good pleasure to prosper you. The second thing you need to believe is divine prosperity can be realized in every area of your life: financially, relationally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Your level of achieved success in these areas, however, are determined by your belief system. In order for you to experience optimum results you have to align your thoughts and words with the Father’s thoughts and words. Just like God framed the worlds with the words of his mouth (Hebrews 11:3), you too being created in the image and likeness of God, have the power to ‘frame your world’. Through your thought patterns and word projections, you can establish a framework for success, and build the good life God has intended for you.
To reap the maximum impact when it comes to creating your world with a positive belief system, you have to understand the cycle of divine creativity:
God thought
God spoke
God manifested
Because we are created in God’s image, this cycle of divine creativity works the same way in and through you:
You think
You speak
You manifest
So take charge of your life, and gain the mastery by being conscious of your belief system and what you say.
Your Next Step Coaching Moment:
Identify the negative beliefs that keep you from experiencing divine prosperity. Find one or two scriptures that opposes the negative beliefs. Write out an affirmation using the scriptures you found that declare and decree your new belief. Confess it everyday until you see the desired results.
